The WPOS Partner Program lets an agency or platform operate WPOS on behalf of its own customers. Provision customer accounts by API, run the WPOS agent headlessly on their sites, embed a branded assistant inside your own product, and settle credits on your own terms.
Every partner gets both, and most use both. The Partner Dashboard is a self-serve panel where your team creates and manages customer accounts, watches build jobs and configures webhooks — no code required. The Partner API is a frozen HTTP interface for provisioning accounts, running build jobs and embedding the assistant inside whatever you already ship.
Customer accounts you provision are marked partner-managed. They carry no WPOS-facing checkout: the customer never sees a WPOS bill, and the WPOS Stripe surfaces are closed to them at the server. You hold the credits, you grant them to accounts as you see fit, and you bill your customer however you like.
Provision accounts, run the agent on customer sites, embed the assistant in your own product, and receive lifecycle events as signed webhooks. Each capability is documented and frozen, so what you integrate against keeps working.
Tell us about your customers and how you package the work. We set your plan terms, account limits and default branding with you.
Once your account is enabled as a partner, the Partner Dashboard unlocks in your WPOS account automatically and we issue the API key you integrate against.
Provision your first customer account, run a build job on their site, and put the branded assistant in front of them — under your name.
Reselling, billing, branding and access — in the order partners usually ask about them.
It lets an agency or platform operate WPOS on behalf of its own customers, under its own brand. You provision customer accounts by API, run the WPOS agent headlessly on their sites, embed a branded assistant inside your own product, and settle credits on your own terms. Your customers see your name, not ours.
The Workspace is for operating your own sites. The Partner Program is the layer above it: you operate WPOS for other people, with account provisioning, white-label branding and partner-managed billing on top.
No. Accounts you provision are marked partner-managed and carry no WPOS-facing checkout — the WPOS Stripe surfaces are closed to them at the server. You hold the credits, grant them to accounts as you see fit, and bill your customer however you like.
Yes. A build job takes a structured instruction, runs the agent on the customer’s site, and returns a result you poll for. That is how you wire WPOS into your own product rather than into a chat window.
Yes. The embedded assistant is fully brandable and can be exposed to your operators and to your end customers. Branding covers every surface your customers touch: the in-site assistant, the embedded chat, and the sites you hand off.
Signed webhooks deliver lifecycle events to an endpoint you control — a site connected, credits running low, a build job finished.
No. Partner access is enabled by WPOS so we can set your plan terms, account limits and default branding with you. Once your account is enabled as a partner, the Partner Dashboard unlocks in your WPOS account automatically and we issue the API key you integrate against.
Book a call with the founders, or email partners@wpos.ai and we will set you up.
Partner access is enabled by us rather than self-serve, so every partner starts with a conversation about your customers, your plan terms and your branding.
