Common questions

Connecting your tools to WordPress, and what happens after.

Which integrations does WPOS support?

The documented catalog covers 19 integrations: HubSpot, Intercom, Mailchimp, Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Notion, Calendly, Google Calendar, Figma, Jotform, Canva, Stitch and Slack. Connect the accounts you want to use; inclusion here does not mean an account is already connected to your site.

How do I connect an integration?

Open Settings → Connectors in WPOS, select the tool, and follow its setup guide. Many providers use a managed sign-in flow. Figma uses a personal access token, Stitch and Jotform use API keys, and PayPal asks for your own credentials. WooCommerce connects to a store using a store-specific REST API key.

Does connecting an account automatically sync my site?

No. Connecting grants access for requests you make. A recurring sync, scheduled refresh or background form handoff is a separate workflow that must be configured and tested. A one-time import remains a snapshot until it is refreshed.

Will an integration create native WordPress content or an embed?

It depends on the workflow. Notion and Google content can become editable WordPress pages or posts. Calendly booking, Jotform forms and Intercom Messenger may use the provider’s embed or script. The setup guide explains what stays in WordPress and what depends on the connected service.

Are Google Analytics and Search Console part of Google Workspace?

They are separate integrations. Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Calendar handle files, content and scheduling. Google Analytics reports on traffic and audiences; Google Search Console reports search performance and URL indexing. Connect the required services and grant access to the right property or files.

What if the integration I need is missing?

Use this catalog and the linked documentation to check current support. A larger upstream app catalog does not mean every app has been verified in WPOS. Ask WPOS support about a missing connector before planning a production workflow around it.
