White-Label WordPress Support, Maintenance and Builds, Under Your Brand

Most agencies that need white-label WordPress help hand the work to another team. WPOS is the other route: an AI agent inside each client's wp-admin does the support, care-plan and build work, your team stays in charge, and your client only ever sees your brand. Partner access is enabled by us, so it starts with a conversation.

What white-label WordPress means

White-label WordPress means the work on a client's site is delivered under your agency's name, whoever actually does it. It comes in three common forms:

  • White-label development: new sites, pages and features built for your clients and handed over as your work.
  • White-label support: the steady stream of client requests, from content edits to fixes, answered under your brand.
  • White-label maintenance and care plans: updates, backups, security, monitoring and a monthly report, sold as your plan. See what a WordPress care plan should include.

In every form, the client relationship, the pricing and the brand stay with you. The real questions are who does the work, and how you know it was done right.

What the agent takes on, and what it doesn't

What WPOS takes on today: client requests and content changes; new pages and sections built natively in Gutenberg, Elementor or Divi and checked with a browser render; WooCommerce products, stock and orders through WooCommerce's own APIs; scored audits across security, updates, backups, performance and SEO; and a monthly client report in plain language.

What stays with your people: deciding what should change, what the client is told and who owns the outcome. Large custom development is often still best done by developers, in-house or outsourced.

On the roadmap, not live: automated host-level maintenance, auto-rollbacks and self-healing. Until then, updates and backups keep running on your existing tools or host, and WPOS audits them and reports on them.

How it works

From client request to your branded handoff

  1. 01

Connect the client sites you manage

WPOS installs as a plugin into the WordPress sites you already look after, on any host. No migration and no DNS change.

  2. 02

    Write your standards once

Skills hold your agency's conventions: brand rules, page structure, tone, and what never to touch. The agent applies them on every site.

  3. 03

Hand over the work in plain language

A support request, a new landing page, a store update or the monthly audit: describe it in chat and the agent does it inside wp-admin.

  4. 04

Check it, then hand it off under your brand

The agent checks its render before it reports done, your team reviews, and the client sees the result through a password-protected handoff that carries your brand.

57 client sites one agency runs on WPOS, among them a 50,000-page WooCommerce store

Amplus runs its client portfolio on WPOS. Partner access is enabled by us rather than self-serve, so every partner starts with a conversation about your book of clients and how you package your work.

White-label WordPress, answered.

Work on a client's WordPress site, whether builds, support, maintenance or a care plan, delivered under your agency's brand, whoever actually does it. The client relationship, the pricing and the brand stay with you.

No. WPOS is software: an AI agent and workspace your team uses to deliver the work yourselves, under your own brand. For a large custom build that needs developers, a development partner may still be the right call; WPOS is built for the steady flow of support, care and build work across many sites.

A white-label reselling program for agencies. You put WPOS in front of your clients under your own brand, with a password-protected handoff to the site it built and maintains. Partner access is enabled by WPOS rather than self-serve: email partners@wpos.ai to apply.

Yes. The agent does the build, content, audit and reporting work, and your client sees your brand on it. You keep the pricing, the packaging and the relationship; WPOS does not sell to your clients.

No. WPOS installs into the WordPress they already run, on the hosting they already pay for. There is no migration and no DNS change, which is usually what makes a care plan easy to sell rather than hard.

A password-protected handoff to their own site. The white-label layer puts your agency in front of the agent, so from the client's side it is you delivering the work.

No. Partner access is enabled by WPOS, so every partner starts with a conversation about your book of clients and how you package care. Email partners@wpos.ai or book a call with the founders.

The largest published deployment is Amplus, where WPOS runs 57 sites including a 50,000-page store. That is the number we can show you, and we would rather walk you through it on a call than quote a figure we cannot evidence.
