Connect Calendly. WPOS builds the booking page in WordPress.

Link your Calendly account once, then describe what you want. A WPOS AI agent reads your scheduling account, builds a branded booking page with a live embedded calendar, and manages your event types — all in plain English, on your own WordPress site.

The problem

A booking page that never quite looks like your site

Getting Calendly onto a WordPress site usually means an iframe that ignores your design, a shortcode plugin to maintain, and a hop into the Calendly dashboard every time an event type changes.

Nothing about it is native, and nothing matches your brand. You wanted a booking page that looks like your site and event types you can manage without leaving WordPress.

How it works

From OAuth to a live booking page

  1. 01

    Connect your Calendly account

Open Settings and then Connectors, and connect Calendly. It runs a standard OAuth handshake — you authenticate on Calendly, land back in WordPress, and get a green Calendly connected toast. Auth is handled by the connector; no API keys are stored in WordPress. Calendly is one of 18 supported WPOS connectors.

  2. 02

Ask about your account in plain English

Type a question the way you’d ask a teammate. In the demo, asking how many schedules are in the Calendly account returned the real answer: one scheduling link (a 30 Minute Meeting), its booking URL, and zero bookings so far. WPOS can read your profile, event types, bookings, invitees and busy times on demand.

  3. 03

Have it build the booking page

Ask for the page — create a booking page and embed Calendly. WPOS sets up a themed widget styled with your site’s design tokens, embeds a live Calendly calendar, and publishes it. In the demo it built a full-width booking page reading real availability, then took a browser screenshot to confirm the calendar rendered clean before calling it done.

What you can do

What the Calendly connector actually does

Everything below is what happened in the recorded demo — no projected numbers.

Branded live booking pages

Embed a real Calendly calendar into any WordPress page as a themed widget — styled with your site’s design tokens, not a generic iframe. In the demo the published booking page loaded real August availability, and a test booking ran end to end to a You are scheduled confirmation.

Create and edit event types

WPOS can create and reconfigure one-on-one event types from the chat. In the demo it created a 10-minute meeting via the Calendly API, and the new event type appeared immediately in the real Calendly account — name, duration and location set conversationally.

Campaign landing pages

Spin up a page per campaign, each pointing at its own event type or a single-use booking link, so enquiries arrive already segmented. The booking logic stays in Calendly; WPOS builds and maintains the pages around it in WordPress.

Booking reports on demand

Pull scheduled events and invitee answers and render them as an internal dashboard page — no CSV export step. Ask for the summary and WPOS reads the account and builds the report.

Conversational admin

Add a meeting length, rename an event type or change a duration by asking. The change lands in Calendly and on the site in the same step, without opening the Calendly dashboard.

Verified changes

Every edit is checked against the live page with a browser screenshot before it’s reported as done. In the demo, WPOS caught and fixed a broken embed the same session it appeared.

Bring your own Calendly account. WPOS connects to your existing Calendly through its connector — one of 18 supported tools — so your scheduling, availability and branding stay yours. Everything WPOS builds is native WordPress, fully editable, on your own site and hosting; it’s not a host and doesn’t lock you in. On Calendly’s free plan, only one event type can be active at a time — creating a new one deactivates the previous one. WPOS surfaces this the moment it happens, and a paid Calendly plan removes the limit.

Read the docs

With WPOS you connect your Calendly account once in Settings and then Connectors — a standard OAuth flow that ends with a Calendly connected confirmation. From then on you describe what you want in the WPOS chat, and the agent reads your account and builds it as native WordPress. No shortcode plugin and no manual iframe embedding.

Yes. WPOS builds a themed booking page with a live embedded Calendly calendar styled to your site’s design tokens. In the demo it published a full-width booking page that loaded real availability, and a test booking completed to a You are scheduled confirmation with the full meeting details.

It can create and reconfigure one-on-one event types — name, duration, location — from the chat, and the changes land in your real Calendly account. In the demo it created a 10-minute meeting that appeared immediately in Calendly. Group, collective and round-robin types, availability schedules and billing stay in the Calendly dashboard.

No. WPOS connects to Calendly directly through its connector, so there’s no separate booking plugin to install or maintain. The booking page it builds is standard WordPress you can open and edit in your normal editor.

Authentication is handled by the connector during the OAuth flow — no API keys are stored in WordPress. You can revoke access at any time from Settings and then Connectors, which immediately removes all Calendly access.
